I love the taste like nothing. Absolutely no taste . I smell the chlorine and crap as I fill the tank and hard water builds up on fill tank but drinking tank has no line no build up at all

Excellent quality, and very good water flow coming out to fill up a glass or I fell up a glass water bowl. It comes out very quickly, which is nice. The only problem my I am experiencing is connecting it to the Internet. I really love the water filter and the optional sliding tray I think is a must and it is very well-made and makes filling up the water so much easier. Love it, great product!

It works, the filtered water tastes good.

This is a good product. First and foremost, it produces very clear and good tasting water. The main disappointment for me is that the only convenient way to get the water is thru the pushbutton spigot on the front. I was expecting to be able to also lift the water container out and pour from it but it doesn't have a spout so you have to remove the whole top and pour at an angle. We both use large 20 or 24 oz cups so it takes a while to fill them through the front. Also the unit has to be sitting at the edge of the counter to get a large cup underneath the spigot. We also have the Aqua Tru carafe and find it much more amenable to our needs. The filters are not interchangeable between the two types. I don't see that Amazon carries the sliding tray which is really helpful for getting to the rear water waste tank if it's on the counter under cabinets. So if getting a cup or small glass at a time is what you need then this is a good unit. For me the carafe model is better suited for filling large cups.

Don’t buy this system! The water tanks sit in these rubber gaskets that can not be removed and they build up mold and algae even if you follow Aquatru’s instructions to a T. This makes it impossible to clean because the mold/algae etc builds up on the inner lining of the gasket. Its impossible to reach and clean completely. I reached out to them and their only solution is vinegar/water clean to see if it removes the gunk in the gaskets. They refused to replace it and only offer a discounted price for the base unit. Its disgusting

Do not buy this product. It be is poorly designed and constructed. Mine stopped working in one year and one month. So no warranty. The device stops recognizing the front tank is empty and will not auto start. $600 plus filters down the drain. It’s a boat anchor.

Por fin arreglaron los problemas que tenían con la app. Ya me enviaron el OTP a mi celular en México y pude utilizar el purificador al 100%. Estuve a un instante de devolver el producto. Ahora estoy muy contento con el purificador. Hagan una prueba de la dureza del agua en el sitio donde van a utilizar su purificador. Cerciórense de que la dureza del agua esté en los parámetros que pueda filtrar su aparato sin descomponerse. El sistema de ósmosis reversa puede calcificarse rápidamente y dejar de funcionar si se le carga con agua que no está en condiciones óptimas. Yo tuve que poner filtros previos para asegurarme de estar dentro de parámetros, y darle mayor vida de funcionamiento al aparato. Fue una inversión costosa pero ahora toda la casa tiene agua limpia. Aclarado este importante punto de la dureza del agua, y ya con la funcionalidad de la app/ wifi, hasta ahora me gusta el producto y lo recomiendo.

The app is completely garbage, impossible to connect even with customer support, had to return it and get the regular one without the app. Otherwise a great machine
