i've had the Satechi mouse for just over a year and it has stopped charging, is there any way to fix the charging issue?

The rechargeable battery inside died. You will have to open it and buy another one. You can order the batteries but honestly with the cost of the battery I found it better to just order a new mouse. Mine lasted 3 years before the battery died I just ordered a new mouse

Is the light suppose to turn off when charging?

The light will stay blue when charging, and then turn off when fully charged. The M1 Mouse will also only charge with a USB-C to USB-A cable (like the one included, but should work with any one that supports charging) and can be charged with a USB power adapter, such as the one that comes with your cell phone? We have found that charging the mouse from a computer's USB-A port provides less power than using a USB wall adapter directly. Unfortunately, it will not charge using a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Why does the space grey not ship to South Africa when the other colors do?
