Easy to use, clear and best of all, completely silent!! Nice looking alarm clock. I am very impressed.

No bells and whistles just a good looking, easy to read and super simple to operate clock. Good size that you can grab with your hand if you can't be bothered moving your head. Alarm starts off calm and gets.. worse and worse again. Also like having 1 top button for both light and snooze function.

This is a super bedside clock, nice looking too.The controls are easy but the on/off alarm feels a bit flimsy although it works perfectly fine. (time will tell-sorry) Easy to insert battery so why 4 stars if I'm so pleased. Well I have a problem with alarms that continually ring if you've probably forgotten to switch it off when getting up before the set alarm time. This alarm was ringing like a good un well over an hour after it kicked in. This never used to be the case. This is my third clock that works in a similar way-I returned the other two but I'll keep this one. My old Braun (made in Germany 25years ago) would ring for about 90secs then switch off.

I can't comment on durability as I haven't had my clock more than a few weeks - at present, it's going strong. I love the way this clock looks; simple, stylish, friendly, retro. AND IT IS COMPLETELY SILENT, wow. I have it next to my bed in a silent bedroom and there is zero noise. The finish of the wood is good and it's a lovely honey colour. The face is simple and easy to see with numbers rather than flashes or Roman numerals. It has a second hand. It's an alarm clock. There is a button on the top which, when pressed, lights up the face. It keeps good time. I could ask for nothing more; perfect. Thank you.

After other clocks letting me down I decided to go for something different. The Navaris Analogue Wooden Retro Alarm Clock. My eyesight could be better so I was worried about not being able to see the numbers. I was amazed that out of a small box came a small, neat, very well made clock that was not ugly and the numbers were as big as my previous twice the size of it Goesoffwhenitfeelslikebell. It's been tried and tested and hasn't failed to wake me for work. The increasing alarm volume wakes me gently and now I am not clinging on to the ceiling after my Thunderbell had gone off! Great clock, great value and great service. Can't fault it.

We had a similar clock previously which had a low working noise from new but become increasingly louder after about a year to the point where we threw it out, this clock is completely silent as other reviewers have said. It has a nice clear face and is attractive overall, I can see the appeal in using it as an alarm clock with the completely silent movement and convenient button on top to illuminate the face in darkness. I have it in my conservatory, the silence is appreciated as I listen to music there and the easy to read face is useful for checking the time while working in the garden. Very happy with it overall at the moment, it's too soon to say how long the battery lasts and how reliable it is.

Looks good etc. I was very happy with the quality but after a month or two you can hear a loud tick/buzz which only temporarily stops if you bang your finger against it.

Bought it for my grandpa and he is very happy with the products and have no complaints

Lo compré para un regalo hace dos años y aún lo tenemos. Tuvimos que cambiar las pilas una sola vez. No hace ruido, marca el tiempo perfectamente, nunca por delante o por detrás de la hora exacta. Es bonito, queda bien en cualquier parte. Eso sí, la alarma despertaría a un muerto. Si buscas un despertador bueno y bonito que sólo haga ruido cuando pongas la alarma: éste es tu reloj.

Ein wirklich sehr schöner Wecker, in China hergestellt - fast ein richtiger "Handschmeichler". Der Wecker fühlt sich sehr gut an, das ganze Außengehäuse bis auf die stabile Kunststoff - Scheibe vor den Ziffern besteht aus Holz, die Rückseite mit den Bedienknöpfen besteht aus Kunststoff, was aber weiter nicht stört, denn man sieht diese Seite nur beim Einstellen einmal am Tag. Er geht sehr genau und was uns besonders gefallen hat ist der gleitende Sekundenzeiger, der noch dazu völlig lautlos läuft. Mag sein, dass frühere Modelle einmal laut waren, aber die jetzigen Wecker sind überhaupt nicht zu hören. Mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht dazu zu sagen - einfach ein Hingucker. Die Funktionen sind wie bei jedem anderen Wecker auch - ganz normal zu bedienen. Wir benutzen den Wecker gar nicht im Schlafzimmer zum Wecken, sondern im Bad zur Zeiteinstellung beim Haarefärben, was gut funktioniert. Und da unsere Badmöbel sämtlich aus Holz bestehen passt dieser Wecker sehr gur zu den anderen - hellen - Hölzern. Er steht jetzt dort im Regal, wo vorher ein schwarzer Wecker mit Silberrand stand, der nach etwa 30 Jahren das Zeitliche segnete. Hätten wir gewusst, wieviel schöner dieser Holzwecker dort aussieht hätten wir uns schon viel früher einen solchen angeschafft und den alten entweder verschenkt oder einen anderen Platz für ihn gefunden. Weggeworfen wird bei uns grundsätzlich nichts, was noch funktioniert - man kann es wie gesagt immer noch verschenken. PS: sollte sich an unserer Beurteilung des Weckers irgend etwas ändern, positiv oder negativ, können Sie es hier an dieser Stelle lesen, versprochen!

I needed a new alarm clock after I dropped the previous one I had that was also similar in a wooden bird shaped container. It worked beautifully for years and this one is similar in size and function. I've had and used it for two weeks and it keeps perfect time. The alarm begins softly but gets louder until shut off. This has a night light that can be accessed by a button on top which is a nice feature my former clock didn't have. I like that it is made of wood and has a pleasant look. Also great that it runs on a single AA battery so that I don't have to worry about no alarm sounding in a power outage.
