Great product
The product is amazing - clear instructions on how to set it up, very simple as well. Bought this as a present and it has been well loved. Have had no problems with this and steams your face well.

Good enough for home use
Good enough for home use, I use it once a month. The plastic water container has a few cracks possibly from the heat so am not sure how long it will last.

Paid for new has arrived clearly used with limescale in and other marks. As I paid for a new one I haven't tried to switch it on. Dissapointed!

Arrived in good time and it works well, but there's parts with rust on so doesn't look as nice as I hoped as Id bought it for my mum

Good steamer and reasonably priced.
This facial steamer is so efficient and easy to use. The steam it emits is also very powerful so you get the full facial experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to buy a good facial steamer.

Doesn't work
Only just arrived and sending it straight back! Doesn't work, constant beeping sound and no steam at all. Very poor quality, definitely wouldn't recommend.
