It's a very good cleaner, It does the job, easy work instructions, and easy to use, wire is short for bathroom/shower access, and small water capacity for big jobs. But it does work, good quality too, safe and easy to work with.

Good product. Most fun was quickly and easy cleaning floor tile dark dirty grout . Now they are white grey ;) Also perfect for cleaning my midea u-shaped air conditioner and many others.

Package arrive undamaged and on time. Came with everything listed. First time adding water I used cold fridge water. It wasn’t as hot as I thought as hoping. I used it on my couch. We have pets and the smell has been bothering me. I’m unable to use chemicals and figured I’d try a steamer to avoid buying new furniture. The smell seemed a little better. Second water fill I used hot water left over from hot tea kettle. I prefer the hotter steam from the second full vs the first cold fill. I used the second fill on my couch again. This time I could smell the pet smells from the steam. I think I will need to go over it multiple times for my own personal preferences, but made an improvement. The canister doesn’t last as long as I would like, however, it’s not all the time I’ll use it for large jobs like my couch. The safety button does get uncomfortable when holding for long periods. In the photos, we have a camping stove/oven that has been sitting for a few years. Our power went out and we needed it. It was dirty to the point of needing a scrubber. I used the steamer and a rag. You can see it did a great job with little to no effort. I then tried the steamer on a tougher job, our air fryer. The first photo is a before, second photo is after, third photo was after steaming it, turning it on to heat up for more efficient cleaning. I used steam and a rag. It’s going to need a scrubber and extra work. The steamer worked great with just wiping with a rag on my cabinets, oven, fridge doors, dishwasher and such. The grease on my cabinets from cooking came off with zero scrubbing and much easier than having soapy water and bucket. It’s too cold to try on windows right now, but overall, I’ll keep it.

Easy to use for a great price! I wanted a steamer for years ( pricey for a long time) because it’s chemical free, and the steam makes cleaning easier; I’m disabled with a back injury and it’s harder and more painful to clean certain areas of the house like the bathroom tub, grout, curtains or the car interior. My cat unfortunately got nervous and peed in my car on the passenger floor side on a ride ( she never had an issue with car rides before and liked them) and I couldn’t get the smell out no matter what product I tried. So when a steamer finally became reasonably priced I grabbed it. It didn’t disappoint! The urine smell disappeared and my car seats looked better. My mattress was refreshed, steamed cleaned my cats favorite rug, the toilet looked and smelled better etc. I love the attachments like the clothes steamer. Sometimes ironing isn’t enough and I hate ironing. I love the fact that you can steam an outfit you just wore for an errand and not have to put it in the laundry bin. The window attachment is amazing as well. I love my steam cleaner! I’ve found all kinds of things to clean with this steamer since stains really lift off with the power. Like the grime that appears around the sink faucet etc. cleaning is no longer a depressing chore and things actually feel clean now. Get it while you can!

Save yourself the hassle frustration and money and try another brand. Got another one hoping that one was just a dud. That one messed up too!!! So I sent it back right. Whyd I get charged a damage alsao a restocking fee?! Wtf?! So the customers have to pay for sending back something that you guys are selling that doesn't work right? That's ridiculous. The quality of YOUR product shouldn't cost consumers money. Yeah I sent them back . Who wouldn't . Not only does a high-pitched Screech come from the cap, it will spew hot water out as it's warming up. Pops the breaker, turning off my electricity. And then eventually doesn't even get hot anymore. The nozzle on this last one isn't working and it's just a continuous flow of water not even steam because it's not hot. You get one shot. Cuz it's not going to turn off until it runs out of water. And then there is the customer service from this company , is just as bad as the product itself. I highly do not recommend this brand. The company doesn't even reach out to you to apologize for their crap product wasted time continuous frustration crappy customer service or defective product. They do not thank you for your business and try to make things right. They simply charged me a restocking fee and a damage fee as if their product not working is my fault. SMH who is running this company? Maybe they shouldn't be, you don't seem to care about the company.

When it works, it works great. It has a much longer time of sustained steam stream than its competitors due to its large reservoir. Being said, the cleaner no longer heats up after a year or two light use.

I am in love. I inadvertently build wax onto my bed. I did not feel like taking the time to scrape it off with a razor. So I ordered this product. And the results were outstanding. I will tell anybody and everyone. Your home is not clean until you get this product. This is worth the cost. There is no water leakage if you follow the directions properly. All of the attachments work excellent. And the steam production cannot be outdone. The durability, I will have this product for years. I tried to take a picture but I could not get it to connect. I wish I could show the world.

I expected to get a steam generator that I could hold and use in one hand, and this cleaner does that. I was pleased to learn that it starts up much faster than I expected. I haven't used a steam cleaner before now, and I expected it to take five to ten minutes to warm up; it actually takes more like two minutes. I bought some distilled water to use with it, and began with about 100 ml of water (about 1/3 of its capacity) and was able to start cleaning with it right away. The directions are adequate (expressed in good, idiomatic English) and are printed in more languages than I need, but the type is so small that I had to use a magnifying glass at times to read it. I suppose someone who is accustomed to using this kind of cleaner would have no difficulty, but I spent maybe an hour memorizing the instructions. I thought I might need special safety equipment (steam is dangerous), but the eyeglasses that I normally wear appear to be adequate, and I have not received any burns or even any contact with uncomfortably warm surfaces while using this cleaner. I am very pleased with this cleaner and expect to get years of use from it. (I can't rate it for traveling, as I haven't used it on any trips yet, and I also haven't used it for deep cleaning.)

I have one of those 'lovely' Samsung fridges with an ice maker that is constantly freezing up. Our last Samsung repairman replaced a few bits on warranty, then he suggested that the best way to deal with the ice maker is to get this *holds up the steamer* and use it to de-ice the ice maker. Wow - it worked in about 2 minutes and I haven't had any issues since! Our repair guy said we may have to use this steamer every month or so, but its so much easier than using a hair dryer and picking away at the ice with a butter knife! He said you can get them on Amazon, so I was purchasing this one before he'd even put the fridge back together! It also works for a great many other things, and we are finding it super for baseball hats, removing decals off our trailer, patio furniture cushions, my hood fan over the stove, cleaning our bbq, the oven.... the list goes on! Next up, I'm going to try it on the upholstery in the vehicles. Super handy unit, with lots of attachments so you get the most use out of it as possible. I wish there was a storage bag for the bits and bobs, but I just took an old delicates washing bag and plopped everything in there, so its all together. The unit itself is fairly light, even once its full of water. Have some respect, this is a tool, and it gets HOT. I was even happier that there was a coupon on this item when I popped on to purchase it. Great little unit that is going to get a ton of work around our home. 10/10, highly recommended!

It was shipped to me in Bahrain with an American cord, and it runs on 120V. It broke after the second use. Please let us know before selling to countries with different plugs and voltages! You should adapt to your customers; otherwise, only sell in the US.
