Love the quality of the product but the pads are too soft/silky. I prefer a more towel fabric feeling Although I still use them every day. I guess this will be perfect for sensitive or dry skin.

I originally bought these not to reduce waste, but because I wanted something softer and gentler for removing eye makeup. Disposable cotton pads were starting to feel slightly abrasive around the delicate eye area, and these have been a noticeable improvement. They are very soft and comfortable on the skin, but still effective. They remove both eye makeup and face makeup well without dragging or irritation. I use tubing mascara, and these remove it properly without excessive rubbing. I usually use two pads to remove a full face of makeup, then follow with an oil cleanser and rinse with water. My makeup is completely removed without any tight or irritated feeling afterwards. The pads are fairly thick, which I actually like, but they do work best if you fully saturate them with cleanser or micellar water first. Once properly soaked, they glide easily across the skin. I was slightly concerned about adding something reusable into my routine and having to wash them, but it has been far easier and less hassle than I expected. Although the care instructions mention soaking or pre-treating, I simply put even the dirtiest pads straight into the washing machine, and they come out very clean every time. I do tumble dry mine. They shrivel up slightly when they come out of the dryer, but they remain the same size — just folded in on themselves — and flatten out immediately once you add cleanser. It doesn’t affect performance at all. The set includes a small laundry bag, but it’s quite compact. It’s fine for holding a few used pads temporarily, but I personally found it too small to comfortably fit all the pads for a full wash, so I use my own larger laundry bag instead. The included round storage box is practical for keeping clean pads neatly stored (the box shown in my photos is my own though). In terms of appearance, the green edging isn’t my personal preference — I would have preferred a more neutral colour — but that’s purely aesthetic and doesn’t affect how well they work. Overall, they’ve been a practical, gentle and surprisingly low-maintenance addition to my routine. I now use them every day and wouldn’t go back to disposable pads.

I’m so happy I switched to the Greenzla Reusable Makeup Remover Pads! They are super soft on my skin but still remove makeup really well — even mascara and foundation. I love that they don’t irritate my face or leave it feeling dry. They wash nicely and hold their shape after multiple uses, which makes them a great sustainable alternative to disposable cotton rounds. The quality is excellent, and I appreciate that they’re reusable and better for the environment.
