Good product butttt......
Nice product, fairly easy to use, unfortunately I received a California edition (don't live in California) so the tunes were limited, luckily customer support was able to convert it via updates to unlock it and be able to receive custom tunes, overall satisfied....disclaimer, will need an update right out of the box, but super simple to do

Kept freezing
Hooked it up and was prompted to update. Connected to comp and did the update but every time it said it was complete it would flash a grey screen with lines and turn off after 2 minutes and then proceed to say to update again. It never worked.

Do not buy this product, listed as like new but was already married with another vehicle
As soon as I went to update out of the box it immediately said an unexpected error has occurred. Now it just sits and loops between the main screen and a please wait screen. Horrible product.

Preset tune
It said it had the 93 tune but ended up having the 91 tune? This makes no sense

You would think for 600+ $ they would have them ready to rock and roll out of the box. 10/10 would not recommend

Hardly more than an active display
Bought this to develop tunes with and ran into a couple problems.Tuning options are super limited, as were the number of pid's it could displayDon't try asking for help on the diablosport website. They don't read the questions you ask and will sometimes reply with something completely unrelated.I wanted the convenience of being able to save multiple tunes, but the rest of the hassle hasn't felt worth it.Nice display tho... But I could have bought a reader instead of a tuner if I wanted that.

Worked for a couple months
Bought it, used it for a few months. Screen went black, contacted service. Sent it in to them, said they'd fix it. They sent back new one without my factory data so it wouldn't input new tune due to existing tune. Recontacted customer service, they said to have dealership flash truck and they'd reimburse me for it. Had it flashed, it didn't work and customer service cut contact with me and didn't reimburse. Now I have a glorified code reader that cost me $650. Talked to performance tuners in area. Who can't figure it out. Would love it if it worked.
