Good product, comes as advertised, no hidden surprises.

Great product!!!

This is the backpack I ended up using daily, and it checks almost every box. The front is super clean and professional and when expanded, it unlocks a new compartment that feels like a secret upgrade. The interior pockets are over-the-top clever, especially the two stretchy ones in the main compartment—they’re perfect for glasses and keys, plus you get a retractable key string so you’ll never lose them.It has two stretchy water bottle pockets that use magnets to stay hidden when not in use (which is just cool). Side handles are sturdy, the bag is made in the Philippines (nice touch), and you can lock the zippers for security.Minor complaints: The back padding isn’t totally sweat-proof but works fine most days, straps are thin so weight gets a little tiring, and the zippers aren’t buttery smooth (probably for extra water resistance). Would love a brown color too for variety!

I really love this bag, but the passthrough is too small to fit on my travlepro elite luggage. I guess you could blame the luggage, but I had it first and love the handles.this pack has fantastic collapsable drink holders on the side. It has great handles. it has perfect zipper compartments for me for an underseat luggage. I love the handle placement on the straps. I don't *love* the way the handles go into this kind of open hideaway area. I would rather have a tuckin area similar to the knack2 packs, but it's so streamlined and the zipper placement and handles are so good that if it would fit my luggage handles, I would keep it anyway. expansion is awesome. really great. I wish I could keep it.
