I absolutely love this tea! I have drank it though both pregnancy. I truly believe it help me heal after my first, hoping it does the same with the second due any day. I have drank it in between my pregnancy and when my monthly came back after the my first was born it was as regular as could be which I have never had in the 20years I've had one. Plus it made my monthly very easy, little cramping and a normal amount of flow. It taste great with a little bit of honey. I have recommended this to so many people including my sister and niece who have really bad monthly.

(wife review) I cannot rave about this tea enough!! I started drinking about a cup a day starting at about 32 weeks. Then slowly increased and eventually was drinking 5-6 cups a day, I would put 2-3 bags on a large water bottle and sip on that throughout the day at work then drink another one once I got home from work (once I hit about 36-37 weeks). It gave me A LOT of Braxton Hicks but they were not painful just uncomfortable and the doctor said they were fine and actually good for you as your body is preparing to bear a child 4 days shy of my due date I went into the hospital after the contractions started feeling uncomfortable around 2:30pm- I was 2cm dilated and had the baby at 6:30pm that same day! The entire time frame between checking in to the hospital, labor, and pushing was 4 hours! I dilated from 2cm - 9cm at the 2.5 hour mark and pushed for a little less than 1.5 hours (big baby) This was my first baby and all the nurses were in shock as to how fast everything went. I was also in complete shock as to how fast my body contracted/dilated. There was no time for medicine or pain killers- I had him completely natural as I had wished for. I could not have asked for a quicker labor! The great thing about it going so fast is that I did not have much time to think about how much pain I was in (believe me it was terrible) Note: I DID NOT exercise or walk as much as I would have liked but I did walk when I had the opportunity. What the tea does is tone your uterus. Once it was time for my body to contract it was like it had trained for months (which it did) it knew exactly how to contract and dilate and did so quickly This tea tasted good to me but I love tea in general. If I did not like tea I would suck it up and drink it because a 4 hour labor is wayy worth it!!!

I bought this tea to help with my third labor. I'll review this specific product first, then generally with red raspberry leaf tea in case it's helpful to other pregnant women. This product - I bought the pack of 6 boxes and they arrived well packaged to keep them from being crushed. I steeped two teabags in 12oz of boiling water for over an hour (I kinda forgot it) and the taste was good (it's a savory tea, not a sweet one. I don't add sugar) but more mild than I remember a different brand being (Yogi, I think?) last pregnancy. I doubt that matters at all. Just an observation. General - I drank red raspberry leaf tea frequently with my second pregnancy (2 teabags per mug, 1-2 mugs per day starting at 37 weeks) and had an incredible labor. While I went a week past due date because of a round ligament issue, when I did finally go into labor it was - believe it or not - FUN! I have my babies at home with a midwife (no pain meds) and my first labor was long and difficult. This second one (the one I drank RRL Tea with) was so very easy. My contractions were never close together until the last half hour, but they were LONG and they were PRODUCTIVE (I was fully dilated the first time I was checked!). I only had one contraction that was so painful that I wanted to stop (the classic "I don't wanna do this anymore" time) and then the next moment, out came baby. Done. So easy! While it's impossible to know whether the tea is what made the difference, I'd say for a cheap price and a tasty tea, it's WAAAAY worth trying again. I'm hoping this third labor is just as easy as the second!

When I first purchased this tea, it was because I was experiencing long, heavy menstrual cycles. I was hoping it would make my period tolerable, and maybe shorten it. Unfortunately, it didn't have any effect on my period. I couldn't tell you whether or not it helped with cramping, because I rarely dealt with that to begin with. However, my daughter recently started getting her period (she's 11) and she was experiencing cramping. I told her to try drinking this tea. She drank three cups per day and stopped complaining about her abdomen hurting. So I'd say it works well for that. In March, I saw an excellent OB/GYN about my periods, and it turns out I had PCOS. In June, I had a total hysterectomy. Even though I no longer deal with periods, I still drink this tea because I found out something wonderful it does for me: it alleviates my IBS symptoms. I've struggled with IBS ever since junior high, and it wasn't until I started drinking this tea that I noticed my bowel movements regulated and I'm no longer having intestinal cramping. Upon doing research, I discovered this is one of the benefits of this tea! I'll probably always have IBS, but thanks to this tea, I no longer have to suffer from it. Some time ago, I discovered a great way to prepare tea: in a coffee pot. Yes, you read that right. I place one or two tea bags inside the filter where coffee would normally go and do everything else the way I would with coffee. The tea comes out perfect every time! The best part is I can make 6-8 cups with one or two tea bags! This makes the tea last a lot longer since my daughter and I both enjoy it. I've since discovered quite a few people use this method because there's no guesswork about the length of time to steep the tea. I've found that it works great with a wide variety of different kind of teas, including raspberry leaf tea, although I haven't tried it with loose leaf teas or chai (which requires milk if it's made the "correct" way). I know a lot of tea connoisseurs are aghast reading this and would never dream of making tea in a coffee pot, but I'm telling you it works very well for those of us who aren't picky and just want a nice hot cup of tea with little fuss. This raspberry leaf tea is amazing! I add a little bit of sugar to mine to sweeten it up, but it probably doesn't need it. I just have a sweet tooth. My only complaint is it sometimes makes my mouth feel fuzzy.

The packaging was not tampered with or damaged and was easy to open. Also, I still store the other boxes in the packaging on top of my microwave, so kudos to the company because I am out of cabinet space for the size of the boxes. The tea is easy to brew. It's a BLACK TEA SO IT TASTES LIKE BLACK TEA. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing from this company and many women were upset because they did not read up on the type of tea and thought it would taste like raspberry. I brew 64 oz at a time 8 tea bags, because the serving size is 8 oz. After brewing I add honey and stir while it's still hot. I like to drink the tea COLD. I have started adding a little apple juice to my glass before adding in the tea. The combination is actually pretty awesome, esp when I make a patch that isn't sweet - something to consider. Overall, I will be buying from this company again. I wish they sold Oak straw and alf alfa so that I could purchase them all from the same company to make the NORA tea. Don't know about NORA tea? Look it up, it's really awesome for pregnant women regardless of the type of birth you hope to have.
