I really like these. i am trying to smoke less (on the way to eventually quitting) and these are great. The flavor is minimal but the 'drag' feels nice. A huge plus is the rubber tip. I bought a different brand (Moxe) which is also good, but found myself holding it in my mouth or biting the end (those are metal). This is better and the size/shape is more like a real cigarette. I bought one to try and then ended up buying a couple more. I keep one outside on the patio, one in my office, one in the living room. This way, when a craving hits, I can grab this rather than going out back and having a cigarette. It helps. No, it does not feel ,or taste like a vape (it's just air) and no its not a magic solution that makes you quit. you still have to do the work but this DOES help you get through the cravings.
