How many pieces come in this set?

Hey there, one fork and one spoon (with serrated edge that acts as a knife).

These are difficult to slide when opening and closing. Does anyone have a trick to fix that? I love everything about them other than that...

Thanks for your message. The more the flatware set is used, the easier it will be to slide in and out of their sets. You could pull the fork and spoon completely out and stress the side springs by squeezing them repeatedly to force the spring to not be as stiff. This would allow the fork and spoon to slide more easily within the set. We hope this helps, if not please let us know.
