It is nutrious and easily to prepare as drink or desserts.

This is yummy. It contains individually wrapped single servings for freshness, has natural sweetness and toasty and nutty can put it in smoothies or make as porridge. I love either way. A good option if you battle sugar spikes and for dieting and weight loss. All of which I'm doing so I can attest to it's quality and effectiveness.
