Can I use on dry hair before the curling iron?

I don't know but maybe because it doesn't have much hold- I much preferred my brand - generic Paul Michell from Sally's. Howver, it is so weak it may be ok on dry- it is costly as it is not effective enough on wet.

I have medium length fine hair. Will this hold it in place all day?

L’Oreal still kills and tortures animals every day by funding animal testing, be it in China or, presumably, for new ingredients. This is one of the the biggest lies relating to animal testing that I’ve seen.
