Good B Vitamins

I always feel the B-Vits working in my system. I like the time released the best, as it carries me through more of the day. I have been using this company for many years . I find no problem with it. You will experience yellower urine, definitely. And, in caution, as with any vitamin, if it doesn't smell good, don't take it.

Fast delivery and excellent quality.

Delivered as promised. I have been using the Mega B-Stress version of this Solaray B Complex for decades. It works very well. I just moved to this version because my doctor said I should cut back on the Vitamin C which is in the Mega B-Stress. This version is very close but has no Vitamin C, so we will see if that works better for me at this time.
