Q: tin arrived dented and the lid won't come off. Is the lid glued on or do I have to take pliers to it?

My tin arrived in perfect condition enclosed in plastic film that I had to remove to open the lid. No pliers needed, but lid was on pretty tight.

Q: Is there a decaf version of this?
