These are small, reliable, calibrated and have multi-language manuals available. We use them for international shipments. It is important that the recipient uses up-to-date software. This is available free of charge from the manufacturer. It is possible to match readings with what was happening at the time. Over the years, we have found only one defective monitor which was either replaced or credited. We maintain a log of each monitor we send. We know it was set up properly, installed, when it was started, the serial number and the product it accompanied. We can help the recipient with most of their questions and can get help from the manufacturer when this would be helpful. It is very inexpensive compared with options we had used previously.

Bad experience. I used the device for our temperature-controlled air shipment but it only shows “ battery voltage is too low” after arrived destination and It should be defective
