Menoherb Balck Cohosh Root Extract 6.5mg - 30 Tablets

Only been taking them for 1 week but I can feel a big difference my hot flushes are definitely not as bad or frequent

These tablets are amazing. They work so well. I have been using them for a few years now and they still work on me. I take them every other day and that is enough to stop the hot sweats. Excellent and I would highly recommend.

I was desparate and went to see my GP. She suggested I try this before prescribing any HRT, which I was not keen on. It does seem to work but not 100% sure if it is because the weather is so much cooler anyway. Flushes do seem an awful lot less when taking it so I would give it a go. In my case not a miracle cure as it has been for some people, but certainly helps a lot. I would recommend this brand as although there are others cheaper, they are less strong and you have to take them 3 times a day, I have enough issues remembering to take a tablet once a day, as you do these, so these can actually work out cheaper. As said, if you are menopausal then I would try these as you have nothing to lose and they could make all the difference!

These are hit & miss. Some nights they work with no hot flushes, some nights I get the flushes. Doubt I will buy them again.
