Really yummy and non-fattening
Super easy to cook from frozen, and seasonable. Goes extremely well with ratatouille-type dishes. I love how it has minimal carbs and high in protein! It doesn't smell funny or have a weird texture. I dare say it's more delicious than quorn. A definite go-to from me from now on!

Results might differ for other recipes but great in curry. Friends didn't know it wasn't chicken.You get a good amount too.

how can it be called pulled chicken when there is no chicken in it and if you dont eat meat for what ever reason why would you even call it pulled chicken
