This retractable fan is simply gorgeous! It looks better in real life, the product pictures doesn't do it justice. Easy to install, provides ample cooling, and it's super quiet when the fan is on. The fan beeps each time you use the remote to change a function, and it's pretty loud, but I knew that before I bought it. This is my second Moooni purchase and I'm very satisfied. I had a few questions about the product, and customer service was amazing! Highly recommended.

I would DEFINITELY order from this company any day! When you reach out to the customer service team they will do whatever they can to accommodate you! We had an issue with the LED driver and panel of our beautiful chandelier fan, and they helped us figure out what we needed. We are so grateful to have our beautiful crystal fan-delier up and running again! It definitely UPGRADED our master bedroom! It’s a GREAT and stunning fixture to behold in any room! The dimmable lights look amazing...definitely a SHOWSTOPPER! The invisible (clear) retractable blades give just the right amount of air for our large master bedroom with high ceilings. The fan looks great and works very well! It can even handle the Austin, Texas heat! You won’t be disappointed with this fixture or the customer service! It takes a little time to put it together with the crystals, but the instructions are easy to follow, and once it comes all together it looks FANTASTIC! Bravissimo!!! I dislike having to give bad reviews but after two poor quality items received I must warn other consumers.Part 1: The first item was received with large rust spots on the exterior of the fixture finish. As this is a highly polished item, large rust spots are unacceptable. I returned and ordered again as I figured that was a one off. The next item had smaller rust spots but they were still there. In addition, this one also had weld burn spots on the exterior of the crystal basket fixture. This item was returned as well and I will not be ordering this item again.Part 2: The directions are terrible and missing many steps and poorly organized. Luckily I have a mechanical mind and could clearly see the missing/out of order steps when I had all parts laid out. Example: The directions say absolutely nothing about mounting the hook in the center of the pan for the center crystal string. If you follow the directions, you would have the fixture fully assembled and hanging from the ceiling when you realized this. Then you would have to take the whole thing down a take apart just to put that center hook in. RIDICULOUS!Part 3: Very poor job of engineering the fine details. The 3 screw fixtures that hold the shroud to the pan do not line up. You would not notice this until you are in the final steps (per the directions). Again, you would have to disassemble the entire thing to loosen the screws on the underside of the pan. Poor engineering all around. The item is very solid (good) but designed poorly.If you read all this and still buy this item..... Recommendation- Fully assemble on the floor. WEAR GLOVES AS THIS ITEM SCRATCHES EASILY. When fully assembled (minus the crystal chains) then hang on the ceiling and connect to power.GOOD LUCK!!!

Had to wait almost 6 weeks for a replacement fan and replacement lights through MUCH communication and a lost package. The light is very pretty and elegant and the fan cranks. NOTE: The dumbest remote ever that has no wall mount and the light beeps every. single. time. you turn the light off or on. No escaping this and it sounds very cheap. IGNORE the instructions to build the fan while on the ceiling. The 2nd time around we did 3/4 of it on the ground and it made all the difference in the world. It also makes a wallpaper effect on all your walls when the lights are on so it is a bit "busy" in the room. Not sure if I would buy again.

Poor and ancient technology, Remote is infrared and does not work at even 2 ft range. I had to literally extend my arm every time to the top of the cieling to make the remote communicate. Fan technology is ancient, it does not remember its last setting, assembly is bonkers and lots of pieces were missing; amazon was very kind to give me a replacement for the missing parts but I still returned because is it a Beautiful Looking Piece of JUNK

I loved this when it was first installed a couple months ago (ran into all the issues everyone talks about in reviews during the install) but I definitely hated the beep and the fact that it started up at full bright every time.Today the power flickered due to a thunderstorm and, on the positive side, the annoying beep stopped. Unfortunately so did the fan. It seems to now remember the last light seeing somehow too which I find really strange. I want the fan back!Overall I'll take the beeping and bright light back again if the fan would work. I did try shutting off the power again but that didn't help. I think I just have a very pretty light now. 😢

Beep! Light is beautiful however two major flaws that are very hard to get over.1 horrible beeping sound everytime the light and fan go on and off. Who wants a bedroom light that beeps loudly when it's turned on2 No memory setting. Everytime I turn the switch on and off it's a different color. Can't belive there isent a memory function so we can keep it at the same settingSuch a shame it looks incredible in our room but these two issues are pretty big and clearly not suited for a bedroom.

Great fan! Quiet operation with “bling” in the Media Room!! Easy to assemble and install. Fully functioning remote is a joy to use. Wonderful and customer service with super fast attention.
