We absolutely love it, it is easy to put up and it is definitely worth the money to get it. The lighting is amazing in the umbrella, it is very stable it hold well in the wind. It does not move very much at all

I’m really impressed with this patio umbrella; its craftsmanship and durability are way better than I anticipated. The embedded LED lights cast a cozy ambient glow after sunset and instantly liven up the whole patio. Putting it together takes minutes, it blocks sunlight effectively all day, and greatly boosts the comfort and appearance of any backyard.

Great umbrella but the lights on it are useless. Had to buy extra lights. You can’t see them at all. Save the money, get the ones without the lights and buy ones separately.

I searched a while looking for a good Patio Umbrella for my son and daughter in law out in Florida. We have nothing but good things to say about Modern - Furniture and this beautiful, sturdy, well made umbrella. They had an unfortunate incident where the high winds came too quick for them to get outside to save the umbrella so it suffered some breakage, and it was not the company's fault. My children went looking to try and find one near their home but the prices were too high and the umbrellas were of much less quality. They asked me to contact the company in hopes of some assistance maybe getting it replaced at a lower cost or something because this is the one they wanted. I did reach out to Modern - Furniture and their Customer Service was incredibly quick to answer and assist to the point in the end they've replaced it completely new and at no charge at all!!! I've attached pictures so you can see how lovely this umbrella is, it has solar lights, which was one of its attractions, it's 15 ft. across so it covers a good amount of their seating area. They enjoy it every day, and because of its lights, enjoy it every night as well. Of course, they now make sure to close it and tie it up when they're not using it, to avoid every losing it in the Floridian weather. But it was all addressed and resolved within 10 days, from my first message to Modern - Furniture to my children receiving their new umbrella! I especially thank Crystal, Sharon and Rachel who have been so very kind and professional, knowledgeable and prompt in the very successful handling of our problem, which we know they did not have to do anything about. When I see reviews such as mine right now, I've been skeptical and wonder if the companies themselves write them, but it is now my own experience that there are companies out there that do stand behind their products and go above and beyond. I live in a desert area and every beginning of summer I buy new umbrellas, but the very hot sun and strong winds make them look old after less than a month of use, as the strong heat of the sun causes the fabric to wear out quickly, but when my friend recommended this product to me, she said that the quality of this umbrella lasts a long time. I bought my first umbrella last year and noticed a huge difference. I followed the instructions to install it and put sandbags inside it, and this took less than 8 minutes. The metal structure is strong, thick, and very stable, as it does not allow air to tamper with the umbrella. Thus, the stormy air, hot sunlight, and constant movement will not help tear the umbrella fabric. In addition to the strong metal, they used a strong and thick quality fabric that blocks the sun and remains elegant over time. I loved this umbrella last year and bought a second one last April for the other side of my outdoor patio, and so far the two umbrellas look like they have been unboxed now. However, there is a solar lighting inside. I was able to put it in a place where I cannot connect the electricity to the lighting. The three solar discs store energy throughout the day and remain working throughout the night with the same quality. You have the choice to turn them off from a small switch installed inside the upper canopy structure.

I really wanted to love this umbrella and I did until it fell over in a small rainstorm.Pros:Attractive umbrellaThe lights work great with the solar powerGreat protection from sun and weatherSemi-easy to put together myselfAble to shade a really big areaCons:Unfortunately, the first strong wind that came through knocked the umbrella over (with an entire sand bag in both bags that come with the base). When the umbrella was knocked over it entirely bent the bottom support. I attempted to bend the metal back and put the base back together again, but the metal continues to lean in that direction and the umbrella now continually falls over in that original direction it fell in. I'm unsure it's going to be usable much longer due to this lean in the base.I had the recommended amount of weight holding the base down and the umbrella still pitched over in moderate wind.

It's beautiful and easy set up 5 minutes max. Provides a soft light in the evenings with the LED lights.
