Doesn't sit flush with retrofit boxes
The screw hole reinforcement extend past the back face of the plate. This means the junction box screw holes need to be recessed slightly to make the face plate sit flush with the wall. For a couple locations I have retrofit boxes that are flush with the drywall. This prevents the face plate from sitting flush with the wall. See first 3 pics.I fixed it with some Dremel work to remove some plastic. A bit of a pain, and unexpected.Last pic is an existing box that I used and you can see there is no issue with having it flush with no mods.First time I've seen this with a face plate.

Perfect for a quick project
These aren't the best jacks and plates you can buy, but they are best ones for the price and a quick job turn around. I needed these for a cheap home project. The quality could be better. One of the RJ45 inserts were lose and I had to tweak it myself to get it to click in. All in all not a bad product for the money. I would buy them again if I had the same type of task to complete.

The perfect job.
I moved my Internet modem and main router from one bedroom to my office, so it will be more concentrated in my house. I have a mesh system and run an Ethernet backhaul from the other 2 routers to my office and install a new ISP coaxial cable in the office. This plate works perfectly, making everything look professional and everything works.
