Used for teams and zoom meetings, plus live streaming on youtube.
This works with a budget HP laptop. I'm using the HDMI for external monitor so i have this camera going in through a video capture "card" at 1080p. Works great. There were very few options for PTZ that didn't break the bank and this is one of them; i bought it based on other reviews and it works exactly as everyone says. Picture quality is good at 1080p, which is all i use it at. I don't know about audio because i use external lav microphone. Connected easy, and remote works straight away. I do recommend this camera.

Great product with a great value
This was one the most simple setups that I’ve ever experienced. Video quality was great. It followed me around with no problem. The Bluetooth speaker was loud enough easy to set up with my phone and computer so I would buy again. How do you recommend this product? Thank you so much for making it easy simple product. By the way, this is my fourth time trying to leave a review for this product. I don’t understand what’s wrong with Amazon but anyways y’all take care.

Quality that over exceed
This product is delivers a high quality definition and also extremely convenient. The mic produces a crystal clear sound. The setup is really easy. I recommend this product.

No video over IP
DOES NOT WORK OVER IP!!! Absolutely useless if you want to use it over ip. I requested a replacement and it still had the exact same issue. It works over hdmi though but not Ethernet which defeats the purpose of me getting an up camera with poe

Ok camera
The item is ok, but resolution is not that good. Picture quality was not that great.
