Size problem

First of all, I have bough before many shoes size 9.5 US which is equivalent to 43 Europe however this shoes is 9.5 US but 42.5 Europe. I didn't recognize that until i get back to my country, Egypt.Secondly, I bought the same shoes in 2 colors same size and the size of the black one is smaller than the white one, I don't know how ??So please tell me how can change these shoes and I'm currently in Egypt now.
