Great item to own!
We now have 3 sizes of these for various pans, to help make greasy cleanup less cumbersome. They wash well in the dishwasher or by hand. Being silicone, they may tend to pick up odors and I've learned that using some vinegar in the dish soap helps with that problem. Sure glad we ran cross them, makes my life easier. They are sturdy, & should last a long time. Make sure to measure your pan based on the instructions provided, it can be a little confusing.

Life saver!
Read about these on a carnivore diet page. My husband and I cook a ton of meat on our cast iron and the grease splatters were killing me.Standard grease screens don’t work well and make it impossible to flip or add ingredients. These work amazingly well.We bought all three sizes to fit different pans. Now I tell everyone about these. They wash well with m the dishwasher and fold nicely for storage.

Really LOVE this product.....BUT....
I use my Frywall every single day and it works as advertised - stovetop stays clean, easy access to cooking food, etc. But, here is my BUT....because I use it every day, I don't clean it in the dishwasher. I hand wash it and apparently was a little too aggressive with it. I put a small tear in the end that goes into the pan. Even being very careful with cleaning after that, the tear eventually got bigger until it tore almost in two. I am definitely buying another one because I do love its functionality. But, I will be much more careful when hand washing.

I like these. Great XMAS gifts.
I have both the medium and large sizes (the large is huge). They really do help to contain splatters and keep my stove clean, but the walls are pretty tall so if you're short (like me) you will be cooking with your elbow up in the air as you try to manipulate the food while reaching over the fry wall. Also, once you position the fry wall (always in an empty pan before you start cooking) be careful not to move it. If it collapses into your pan/pot it will be a struggle and a mess to reposition it back in place. Make sure the "IN" side is actually pointing inward, that will help. Cleaning them is kind of a pain as I find the best way is to lay it flat in the sink and scrub with a scrubber to remove the grease. My large one has started to stain a dark brown on the bottom rim (where it touches the bottom of the pan/pot) but that's not a big deal to me. It might be for someone else, though.I bought 2 for my daughter for xmas. She is a novice to intermediate cook (and cooks for 2 people only right now) but anyone can use these. Just make sure to get the right sizes for your pan sizes.

Simple to use, Great design and Surprisingly effective!
The Frywalls are a great alternative to a traditional splatter-screen, and have several advantages over them. First, they are super simple to use: unroll and sit the narrow end into the pan, that's it. The big advantage the Frywalls have is that once in place, you still have full, uncovered access to the food you are cooking. So, you don't need to give up splatter protection just to tend to your food. Finally, because they are made of food-grade silicone, washing them is as easy as washing your hands (you simply hold the Frywall between your hands and wash them with dishwashing soap) or placing them in the dishwasher. The Frywalls are a bit expensive and you do need to buy/use the correct size for the pans you have, but being able to cook effectively while having them in-place is what makes them a great solution.

It does work
I bought the 10 inch for my 10 inch cast iron kettle and was so pleased l ordered the 8 inch for my 8 inch pan. I cannot make it fit no matter how I maneuver it. Unfortunately by the time I discovered it it was too late to send it back. So if you get one, you’ll love it, but make sure it fits as soon as you get it.

Made for TV, not for stove
When curled into a funnel the working surface of the pan is very small and the funnel is very steep. Couldn’t use a spatula without dislodging the funnel annd splashing oil onto the stove, which is the whole reason to use it. I no longer use it.

Worth the money
The Frywall was recommended by American test kitchen and I've wanted one but price was my hold out. Decided to take the plunge and purchased. I've always used those circular screens but they still leave splatters on my stove top. So I avoid frying. The Frywall actually works. I fried a chicken patty and not a grease splatter anywhere. It does take time to train yourself on how to use. The added bonus is clean up! No grease splatters and you can place Frywall into the dishwasher. I've used top and bottom racks. Now I can cook my favorite dish, chicken fried steak.
