Highly recommend
TV is fantastic. Great picture quality AND controls. I hate motion blur and HDR when watching anything with tons of VFX, action shots or films/TV before the 00s, and this TV allows you to turn off all those features that are unfortunately built into most new TVs. This has a filmmaker mode so it's an easy adjustment or you can tweak individual controls. This matters! Why else are we spending more than $300 on a 65", ya know? LG is superior, own just one and you'll see.

Super quality and user ease.
Our old tv was dying and we found this tv on sale. It did take awhile to deliver, but well within the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery was handled carefully and unboxing requires two people. The packaging provided holders for the tv to allow easier access to ports, etc. The picture is crystal clear with bright colors and real life view. User interface is easy to follow and instructions well written. Highly recommend and a super tv for the money!

Picture quality is mind blowing, tv backing might be too thin to sustain it's own weight and size.
TV was damaged at the bottom with some delamination and had noticible halos right out of the box, not sure if that was a manufacturer defect or something that could have happened during shipping. We plugged it in and tried to evalute picture quality to decide if we were going to return it and get another LG QNED Evo, or if we were going to not risk it and just go with another brand and model. First impression after putting the legs on it and looking at it from a side view... it appeared thag the thiness of the screen was almost too thin and it looked like it was warped. Once again, maybe that is something that happened in transit, or maybe the thiness of the backing on the screen was not made heavy duty enough to sustain it's own size (75inch) and that was why it was damaged. Second impression disregarding the damage... was that the settings were tricky to get adjusted to look right and the AI constantly adjusting the picture is also kind of weird. But, yes here's is the BUT, the picture quality is insanely detailed and vivid. I put on an older show that was made in like 2015 and it looked so detailed (almost too overly realistic but I enjoyed it), and I put on a new HDR 4K capable show and was honestly pretty blown away with the picture, color, realness, and even the sound quality is way better than I expected. I was almost bummed that I had to return it and the thiness of the backing of the TV made me nervous enough that I opted not to get another LG QNED Evo. After doing some comparisons of other TVs, I will say the Samsung QNED is definitely an equally great TV for a comparable price. I ended up getting a Sony Bravia 7 and honestly it has a higher price point and the picture quality is not as good or mind blowing as the LG, so I am not sure I made the best decision. It's really a shame that it came in in damaged to begin with and I wasted all of the time and shipping efforts to return everything just to end up with an even worse picture quality TV 😕

So far so good.
The picture is good. although maybe you can get something better in a more expensive set. 120Hz refresh. The sound is very good, though not breathtaking. There is a mode for speech clarity you might like if hard of hearing. I think they are correcting the compression. Best feature: the stand can be set up in different widths, (see photo of the back) not just out at the ends you don't need an extra wide table. (65" version) This feature is not on many current models. There is a red standby LED on the front. In your living room it won't matter much but was annoying in the bedroom. But it is easy to turn off with the setup tools. People complain about the mute, but actually it works okay even on the LG magic remote (they may have improved it along the way.) However, I mostly use my Directv universal remote, which has a conventional mute. Works fine. The first LG remote code for Directv works fine. I turned off the data collection, which i recommend you do too. The point and click feature of the remote is actually fun, although I probably won't use it once set up. Uses less than half the electricity of my 46" Bravia. Seems a lot lighter too. If you are going to wall mount, you are going to need some helpers and probably need to be kinda handy. The overall size is considerable if you're trying to maneuver it.
