I am 5'7 and 161 lbs. Which size will fit me.

I think the Large would work for you, at least give you some breathing space. I got the Large for my 5'8" honey that weighs 195 lbs. and it fits but snug but not tight. I got him the extra large and he didn't like the feel, so I returned it. He is happy with the Large. So I guess it's a matter of preference. The Medium might be too snug I'm thinking. Does it have a watch pocket

Well, It's got (2) two 5" X 5" pockets in front. The pocket can fit a watch, but, for myself, I don't consider that to be a watch pocket.

I wear waist sizes 48... What size should I order?

I wear a 42 jacket and have a 32 waist in Wrangler jeans. I ordered a large vest and it fits well. I think you might want an XL.

地方の店では、もう買わない

買ったサイズが合わず交換を希望したところ、「未開封で」と言われた。衣類とか、体に合わせないと無理でしょ。いい値段するのに、ボタンホールの作りが雑。これなら、中華の物のほうがよかった。追記 5か月が経ち10回も着ないうちに、糸がほつれてきた。
