I have received mine today and the charger does not mention anything about supporting 60v charging. Can it charge flevolt 20/60 batteries?

Yes, you may charge FLEXVOLT 20/60V batteries on the DCB104. FLEXVOLT batteries can charge on any DEWALT 20V charger.

Is it wall mountable?

Yes, DCB104 features thru-hole wall mounts.

I am looking into plugging this in an inverter. How many watts does this need? Thanks.

Being that amps are a product of watts/ volts, a quick calculation would be multiply the 10 amps by 10. So it draws 10 amps from 120vac outlet, and 100 amps from a 12vdc source (batteries). so I'd say a 10 amp rated device on a 120vac system is 1200 watts of power. If batteries are 12vdc then 1200/12= 100 amps out of batts, if batteries are 13.5vdc then 1200w/13.5vdc= 88.8amps

Will this attach to the Tough System wall rack?

No. DCB104 will not attach tot he racks.
