お家運動用です スクワットなどしています もう一つあると足を広げたスクワットもできそうです 硬さは柔らかすぎることもなく硬すぎることもない硬さです

よく捻挫するので鍛えるために購入。正直鍛えられるのか心配だったけど、いざ使用してみるとこの不安定さがなんともいえない。翌日必ず筋肉痛になっています。 室伏広治も喜びそうな筋トレだと思う。 手軽に鍛えられるので毎日使用できます。

リハビリテーションクリニックで似たような物を使ってリハビリしたので、家で自分でリハビリするぐらいだったら本格的な物でなくこちらので十分でした。

膝を保護するのに丁度いい
ストレッチの際、膝をつく運動が通常のマットでは膝が痛くなるため、購入しましたが、硬さ、大きさともに丁度良かったです。あとは耐久性がどうかわかりませんが、長く使用出来たらうれしいです。
