Oh, this is delicious! I used my shaker cup and oat milk for my lunch replacement shake. The scoop provided is pretty big so I added one to my cup and shook it well then added the second scoop. That way I didn’t get clumps. To me (with oat milk) it tastes like a creamy vanilla milkshake. No aftertaste that I can tell. It’s smooth, creamy and simply delicious. It’s sweeter when I use Lactaid milk; no idea why. Maybe it’s just me.

Love the taste of this shake. I buy it because of the high protein and the amount of vitamins in it. Its a 5 star shake but have to give it to because they've made changes and it isn't shown. The shipping time has doubles. Also, it now comes in a bag and no longer says great meal replacement on it. It no longer thickens up and I don't get full on a serving of it like I used to
