Does the job. I got this so I could make waffle fries. It does it ok. But you get what you pay for, this is not professional grade, it is not super sturdy or scarily sharp. But it still get 4 stars because for what you pay, its actually pretty decent, and I can make waffle fries.

To cut potatoes for frying, or any vegetable that is not soft, is very difficult, almost impossible, and very dangerous.In my opinion it is not very good, nor very useful.It is just useful with soft vegetables.This type of mandolins is dangerous, mandatory to wear anti-cut gloves.

Great product but had a terrible accident using this but wasn’t wearing the gloves provided so that’s my fault but make sure you use those!Makes lovely informed slices in different thicknesses.

Just tried it with cucumbers, it seems solid and cut well. Bought this over another one as it can cut waffles as well. However, a bit worried as some said the blade won't last. Will try it later with hard vegetables to see how it compars with more expensive brands like Borner.

As others have pointed out: the blade is fixed in by rivets and both the blade and the rivets stand proud of the slide, on the backstroke the veg catches on the back of the blade / rivet. Sending back.

Como indico en el titulo, el aspecto de este utensilio de cocina es fantástico, en acero inoxidable la zona de corte y en polímero blanco el resto del cuerpo.Respecto a su uso, he de decir que está tremendamente afilado, se agradecen los guantes protectores que incluye el pack, cortamos verduras y sobre todo patatas, con aspectos muy atractivos y útiles para que los niños se las coman mejor.Recomendado para familias 😉.

Me gusta que la cuchilla se desmonta, que es fácil de limpiar y que las opciones de corte son fáciles de elegir.Viene con los guantes que es un plus a la hora de protegerse de cortes.No me gusta que el tamaño es un poco grande y que intenté cortar un tomate muy maduro y la cuchilla no está tan afilada. No conseguí cortarlo.Edito: descubrí que para cosas más maduras el movimiento inclinado permite partirlas con facilidad así que le pongo 5 estrellas.

Taglia perfettamente con i vari spessori ed anche a julienne, i guanti antitaglio in dotazione sono utilissimi; ho provato le patate, le mele, le zucchine, le pere, taglio perfetto, veramente utile in cucina, ora non posso più farne a meno.
