Exactly as described and Like NEW!!
Excellent for the price!!! Arrived as described, very like new condition, new charger cord included. It was SO clean I couldnt tell it was a refurb.Perfect as a Storm chase backup! Video quality is good and battery life is amazing. Standard audio sound/ loudness is a bit low for me on the internal speakers, but I usually Bluetooth the audio anyway so definitely NOT a deal breaker.Would buy again if I needed another

Easy set-up
A really great little laptop at a good price, renewed. Had to get used to the Chrome Oper. System, but it comes with instant instructions. And of course pre-installed gmail, among others.

What people should know
I am not pleased with this purchase. When I looked into buying this Chromebook, I knew it would be refurbished. However, the only thing Amazon doesn't tell you is that it is not updated to the latest version of ChromeOS. And also, what they also forgot to mention is the Chromebooks EOLD(End of Life Date), meaning that no matter what, you will have to buy a newer version of Chromebook. I'm currently taking college courses online. And need the newer version of Chrome, because none of the information on my school's website doesn't works with this older chrome.

I bought this refurbished Dell Chromebook due to price. I felt like I was taking a chance, but I could afford it. I'm very happy to say This company is AAA+++ It's like I bought a brand new product.!!!!

Laptop specification
The Little Laptop is good at night mounted in a vehicle as a travelling companion for maps GPS and or other work primarily used at night because the screen is easy on the eyes. If Your a night travelling I highly recommend this Laptop.

Little hiccup, but not with seller
Was just as described. Would have arrived in time, but delivery dropped it off at wrong address, thankfully they brought it to me. Customer service was very polite.

Fair buy
Not much space and run slow with bigger programs. Easy to use and connect. If you’re looking for laptop for your child, this is good. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a high end computer.

Very Pleased
Very pleased with this laptop. I was in search for a secondary laptop for home so I wasn't bringing mine home from work just in case I needed it. I was hesitant about the quality for the price at first but am astounded at the quality. It is basically brand new!
