I cannot praise this grounding sheet enough! It feels very smooth to the touch and embedding 10% silver threads increases the conductivity or as advertising says increases the quickness of connection 10 times. I'm not sure which it is but for 4 nights now, my wife is NOT snoring and every night for years she has snored, not real bad but it is so much nicer to have complete silence to fall off to sleep with. The sheet is much wider than our queen which is 60" wide. It is 105' long so a lot tucks under the mattress keeping it from bunching up, very nice! I had a grounding pad which might have been 1/8th" thick, not bad but give me this sheet any day (or night) which is much more comfortable. I do want to tell you that these grounding pads or sheets really do work. Right away after we started with our pad 10 months ago I started losing weight. After 10 months I lost 24 pounds! And I did nothing else to cause that at all. Amazing! The cord is a good enought quality which should work long term but I did buy another one which is a thicker wire which I hope I don't have to think about it breaking or fraying or getting twisted up. So this grounding sheet is a real step up in comfort and even effectiveness over the grounding pad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!

This grounded sheet is not as advertised at all. It is sent with a test pen to test for conductivity. The pen shows no conductivity through out the sheet. The literature states an ohmmeter can aslo be used. The ohmmeter shows little or no conductivity through the whole sheet. I also grounded the sheet as per their directions and it does not drop the my AC voltage as claimed. I was sold a product that was misrepresented and I want my money back. Used it for about a week. I have fibromiyalgia. Each night is very painful and I wake up a lot. I have pressure sensitivity all over my body. Full body pain. It took a couple nights, but I surprised myself by sleeping all the way through. I liked it so much, we got one for my mom. She had chronic insomnia. It's taking longer to help her, but she's finally able to adjust her schedule and sleep deeper. We knew about grounding but hadn't considered using a mat the whole time we were sleeping. I've had 22 years of Fibro pain and troubled sleep. I wish I'd had this my whole life!

According to the included tester this product does conduct. The length is generous enough to wrap around a queen-size mattress, the fabric is soft, and it washes well (gentle cycle, damp dry). After six weeks of use however, I noticed no improvement in my generally poor-quality sleep--either subjectively or in my watch-reported data. I'm glad it works for some.

I have nerve pain issues at times in my life so this grounding sheet makes a huge difference when I started having a “nagging “ type pain in my right knee and didn’t have pain medication for it. I’ve since taken a steroid shot in the knee but….I would wrap my knee in this sheet and after just a few minutes, the “nagging” sensation/pain would just stop. It’s amazing. I still use it because it just helps with rest and sleep. Try it!

Definitely see a difference when I sleep, touching it versus not. The only reason I took a star off is that there’s no way to secure it firm enough so that feet that move around at night don’t kick it out of position.

The threads poke us. I’ll be trying another brand.

I've been using this for three weeks and I like it. I'm not sure HOW it works, but my sleep is much better. And I had serious doubts about it. I do put it long ways in the middle of my mattress so it goes end to end on my body. The suggestion is to put it across the mattress so it would only hit your hip area. More is better? Not sure but it works. It's a long strip, not a whole bedsheet
