安くて使い勝手も良い
ビタミンB12が不足することで、神経痛が再発しそうな時に助かりました。 味も癖の少ないレモン味で食べやすい。

手頃で続けやすい
コロナの後遺症か年齢のせいか分かりませんが、昨年コロナに感染してから左足首から下に痺れと痛みがあり、整形外科を受診したところメチコバールを処方されました。1か月飲み続けたところ症状が大きく改善したので続けたかったのですが、病院では改善が見られた以上続けての処方はできないようで、メチコバールを飲むのはストップしていました。更に1か月ほど経過すると、再び症状が現れ始めたので、似た市販薬を探してこちらに辿り着きました。結果、同様の改善が見られております。病院に行く手間もなく、続けやすい価格ですので、今後はこちらを飲み続けていきたいと思います。なお、メチコバールはこまめな摂取が必要と薬剤師さんに伺いましたので（処方されていた時も1日3回でした）、こちらのB12タブレットもセリアのピルカッターで2等分し、朝・晩に分けて摂取しています。

一粒の大きさは大きめです。それを除けば、飲みやすいと思います。

Kept my vitamin B levels up without injection
Usually I need to get an injection, as I am anaemic. I was away for 6 months, and the injection wasn't possible so I took this supplement. On my return to UK I got a blood test, and my B12 levels were within the normal range, so I was fine despite missing my injection.

効いているようです。
早朝覚醒で夜に充分な睡眠がとれず、仕事中に眠くなり困っていました。 メチルコバラミンを試してみたかったのですが、 輸入すると送料が高いので、まずこちらで一瓶試しに買ってみました。 飲み始めは不安定でしたが、今はだいたい六時間眠れるようになり、 そのせいか前ほど疲れず、体も楽ですし、仕事中の眠気の心配からも解放されました。 ありがたいことです。

めちゃ、元気になりました。
何もやる気がなく、頭もぼけてしまった感じで、 もう年のせいかな、と思っていました。 1000mcgが一番小さい容量だったので、これを注文しましたが、 初めて服用した一日目から、気のせいかやる気が全然違う。 眠気もなくなりました。助かっています。
