Helps with period cramps and PMS
Wonderful blend!! Bought it because I heard it would be useful for period cramps and hormone imbalance, and can say that it helps!! It’s great for relaxing and winding down, and helps with feeling bloated during periods. Lots of tea bags in the box as well - so comes out high value for money, made with high quality bags (think TWG). Overall, 10/10 and would buy again!
