Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but I’ve been using Burn i3O GLP1+ for a few weeks and it’s been solid. My appetite’s definitely gone down, I’m not constantly thinking about food like I used to. Misleading and false
Used for the first 30 days. No effect of appetite suppression, or cravings, ive only gained weight. I've ran about 45 miles in the last month mixed with body weight and weighted exercises. I would've atleast expect to lose a little weight. The math came out to .33lbs lost over a span of 90 days and these 30 days ive gain 4.2lbs. Not effective in any way

I didn't notice any change. Maybe is should habe given them more a month, but I didn't because I didn't notice any changes

One month review
I got it recommended by natural practitioner for PCOS weight loss combined with other supplements. So far a month after I don’t feel any changes in my appetite nor weight loss. Of course, natural supplements are gentle and take time. It’s not glp-1. Bottle says take 3 months so I’ll take two more months and update.

Great appetite suppressant
I haven’t lost a ton of weight with this product however it is fantastic for curbing your appetite, especially in the morning when I’m working and I don’t have time to eat a full meal. It keeps my appetite at bay and I noticed I have less cravings during the day. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ve lost a ton of weight but that is the one benefit to the supplement is its ability to suppress your appetite
