Forget the griddle… this pan does it all!
Buy this today! Typically I have used a regular pan for making deformed ugly but tastes good pancakes. This pan is amazing! Cooks perfectly and evenly. I used butter on the pan, but I don’t think it’s necessary. Completely non stick Minimal clean up. The only thing negative is the handle is a little bit wiggly. Who cares! The pan is the sweet spot!

100% NOT NONSTICK- Save your money
Absolutely definitely NOT nonstick!!! Never used heat past low/medium and still have stains and food sticks....terrible quality. Git it in October 2025 and used it maybe 5 times using silicone utensils before it was ruined, I really wanted to love it. Would not recommend.

Best pan ever
I'm picky about pans. This one is indeed non stick and not covered in the teflon that scratches easily. I use it 2-3 times a day and it's still in perfect condition. I even left some food in there on low and forgot about it for long enough to burn liquids to the bottom. Expecting I had ruined it, I washed it off and saw it didn't do anything to it all and just came right off. So easy to clean, a washrag will clean it or a sponge. It cooks eggs like nobody's business and everything else just fine. The only thing I want is a lid that fits it perfectly- but for now I just drop a large lid on it and it sits fine. Will be buying the smaller pan too.

It is everything I expected!
It is easy to assemble and even came with its own screwdriver. It is a good weight and is perfect for toasting flour tortillas. After the initial seasoning of the pan, it is non-stick and my left-handed husband no longer burns his arm flipping pancakes like he did with a deep-sided skillet.
