The clasp isn't metal, it's cheap plastic. Avoid!

I like that it works well, and there are multiple screens that you can select to show on your watch. It is easy to wear, and looks nice.

Not many straps for the Xiaomi Mi Band 8 here that aren't metal, that don't cost an arm and a leg, or ship from China. This one's okay. It's an off color black, probably from the material. Look at the picture I posted compared to the original. It's like a super muted, dull black. Again, overall it's okay. The design is just blah. But there's not much of anything else on Amazon. I mean, look at the holes for the strap - who has a wrist so thin that you'd need holes all the way to the watch? For the original strap, that looks ok. For this one wherein the jokes are tiny rectangles, it looks off. No free returns, so be sure.

Item description was for a silicone watch band but it was a hard plastic one. Ordered two a white one was silicone and is useful. This one I just have to throw away.
