This steam mop/cleaner is FANTASTIC. I got it to do my hardwood floors and then found that the accessory tools are more valuable than the mop. First, I have been cleaning the floors for 15 years with a squirter mop device that took 15 minutes to dry and left film streaks where the mop pad came across it. It didn't matter what cleaner I tried or none at all, it left streaks. When I tried this mop the floor dried in a few minutes, left no streaks, brought a beginning of a shine back to the floor even with the first pass, and dried with out leaving streaks. WOW, was I impressed. Then I tried the attachments to see what they could do, and I was blown away again. It softened the deposits around the base of the kitchen faucet (well water) and the included plastic scraper tools peeled them up. It cleaned the pans under the stovetop burners, other attachments cleaned the film off the shower glass walls, the sink drain grunge, the wrinkles in clothes, and grout deposits in the shower. This steam cleaner is ready to be used within 30 sec. of turning it on, and signals you by changing the color in the water container when it is ready. I now grab this to clean up little spills because it is so fast and easy to use. The house has not been as well maintained in years because this is so versatile and easy to use. For stubborn stains you turn up the knob to use more steam. The handles and head come apart with a (hard) push of a button and you have the portable steam cleaner able to get into the small places. These are the reasons I call this a FANTASTIC device.

Quality item that works great on hardwood floors. Easy to assemble. Multiple different cleaning tools. I have only used this steam cleaner on our hardwood floors. It's like a mop with high heat that cleans the floor with very little residue. I guess you can use it on carpeting and many other hard and soft surfaces. ONE THING: We learned that it is absolutely necessary to dump any unused water out of the tank when done. If you let the water just sit in these it will wreck the internals.

I love this one. I had another brand previously but this one is much sturdier. It’s made of some metal parts which make it feel more substantial. Imagine this will last longer too. It has many different functions depending on what attachment you have on. I use water with it so no strange scent or chemicals. Great for having babies around. Plus they are messy so it’s nice to be able to get up dirt or stuck on food so easily. It’s was so easy to put together. All you have to do from there is switch out any of the many attachments. It comes with 2 of the larger pads that I use for floors. But one of the other pieces has a small cloth covering if I need to do a smaller space with a cloth. I will prob order more of the pads tho because of how much I use this, I need options. It’s heats up within seconds and gets very hot, which is needed. And it cools off quickly too. The steam allows the floors or wherever to dry off quickly. So no slippery tiles or linoleum. It also works great for shower walls too. I could list more uses for it but you’ll see how it applies to many areas needing cleaning. This really does speed up my cleaning and I’m at peace because of how clean things are. And for this device you have so many functions, you can’t beat the price. My friends want to keep borrowing mine but nope they can get their own. I will buy my daughter one too.

I liked this steam mop, but I may have been expecting too much. We have 5-year old porcelain plank floors that were pretty clean till we got a dog last year. After that, they got pretty grungy, and wet mopping didn't help much, so I figured the steam mop would be just the ticket. Well, first of all, the Ad says that there's 'no elbow grease required'. Well, yeah, unless you don't want to get your floors really clean. Otherwise, it does take some effort to clean more soiled areas that have spots, marks, etc. By the time I was halfway done, I was sweating up a storm and feeling it in my back. It cleaned lightly soiled areas well, but did nothing at all for the grout, which is what really needs cleaning; but maybe I was expecting too much. Possibly if there were a ridged and/or scrubber pad available, it might be feasible to clean the grout, but otherwise, the steam and soft pads just don't do much for it. Other than that though, it did a decent job of cleaning my floors. Haven't tried it on carpets/upholstery yet, so I can't say how that is, or how easy it is to convert to a handheld steamer. It was very easy to put together and a cinch to learn to use: You simply turn it on, wait about 30 seconds for the light to turn from red to blue, and you're ready to go. I struggled a bit with the 'steam intensity' knob, not seeing much of a difference between higher/lower settings, but the steam seemed consistent and not too watery/steamy; and my floors were dry in about 10 minutes. It was easy to fill the tank; it just snaps off, you unscrew the stopper, fill it at the faucet and snap it back in. Although the tank looks small, I did about 3/4 of a 2200 sq. ft. house and still had water left. A water level indicator would be helpful; as it is, you just have to keep an eye on it, which is fairly easy. All in all, for the price, it works pretty well, but don't expect miracles if your floor is really stained/dirty.

The mop heats up quickly, has strong steam output, and feels solid while still being lightweight. The main mop works great on my hardwood floors—no streaks, no residue, just clean. The handheld mode is what really surprised me. I used it on my shower tiles, kitchen sink, and even around window tracks, and it cut through stuff that regular cleaning sprays never touched. The long cord is super convenient, and the different brush heads actually serve different purposes instead of feeling gimmicky. The water tank lasts longer than I expected, and switching between attachments is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. For the price, this is honestly one of the best cleaning tools I’ve bought. If you’re looking for a multipurpose steam cleaner that actually performs like the listing says, this one is worth it.

Not for somebody who has arthritis, long nails, and small hands. This is poorly designed.. when I went to put it together it has those little buttons that you depress to insert the other tube which are impossible to press in…I finally got all that together then I had to take the steamer out so I could put water in it,another impossibility,….you would need huge hands to press in each side of this to get it out so I struggled with that.. filled it up with water. It’s pretty heavy once it is filled up with water, I could never use it by itself for any simple task….. .put it back in the steamer thank God it clicked in. Pressed the button to turn it on , waiting for the red light to blink.. I thought it was ready, so I grabbed the handle which is way too thick and doesn’t have any grip on it at all. My hands couldn’t even fit around it. It was very uncomfortable.. It still wasn’t steaming. It took it about 10 more minutes to start steaming and then I saw a little knob right next to the steam pads that you can turn up so some more steam comes out . . Why would they put it so close to where the steam is coming out? It should be near the handle.. I’ve had many floor steamers before. This is probably the most poorly designed one I have ever used, it’s a nice looking cleaner, but it is not user-friendly..

REVISED RESOLUTION 5/1/2026: EXCELLENT Customer Support. Seller reached out to correct my situation. New item is easy to adjust between attachments--no more frustration. Item works as it should. I guess the first one I received was a fluke. Very pleased with the functionality and performance now. Thank You! REVIEW UPDATED 3/22/26: IMPOSSIBLE for one person to remove the floor attachment and switch off to another attachment! I mightily struggled to depress the plastic button to twist/release it. Very frustrating! Took 2 people to remove the adapter: One to depress the metal button, and one to twist it off!! RIDICULOUSLY POOR DESIGN!!----DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE MINIMAL HAND STRENGTH OR LIVE ALONE! Although I love its performance, I absolutely cannot contend with the cheapo components that make it too difficult for all people to use. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I give this steam cleaner VERY high marks! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! After a laborious process of cleaning a high traffic carpet area I was left with a still very noticeable stained area. I read that steam cleaners can clean carpets, so I had nothing to lose. I spent about 1 hour working the steam mop over and over and miraculously the stain was much less noticeable after an overnight with fans drying. I don't know where the soil went...because the terrycloth pad was not that soiled---but I was still knocked out with the results! I then went on to clean ceramic and grouted luxury vinyl tiled areas (using the lowest steam setting) and was very pleased with the results and how quickly they dried to a perfect shine. No more lugging around the bucket/spin mop upstairs to do the bathroom tile floor! I have not used the other attachments yet....but I do intend to put this little powerhouse back to work SOON. If you're not sure you could use this ..... trust me---get it! I can think of several tasks that this would certainly help with. ALL PROS: --Very easy to assemble. --The water canister is easy to remove OR I laid the mop on the floor and used a funnel to fill it with filtered water. --I love that you can adjust the amount of steam by rotating a dial. --Steam longevity is great. I used maximum steam when working on the soiled carpet and the water container would last about 25 minutes before needing a refill. --Versatile attachments for different cleaning tasks. --I like that you can remove the handle to use the steamer in a hand-held situation. --Great price for the convenience and quality of this cleaner! NOTE: --One thing that I found difficult was to grip the plug for refilling the water container...it was small and hard to get a good grip to twist it off. I solved that by using double sided tape to secure a small piece of grippy Velcro (or you could use a small piece of sandpaper) and it is now easy peasey! --Also it does NOT have a way to hang this device in the "floor care" position with the handle on. There is NO hole in the handle where you can hang this on a hook.
