Lots of value!
This was a great read I enjoyed reading it because it's shared a lot of insight about the mindset that 1 should have about setting certain disciplines in order to get back on track with waking up and they and what they should do before they go to sleep in order to be productive In life or in business. I highly recommend this book 2 others struggling with self discipline and self mastery.

Fast read!
This is a cute little book! The author is clearly a talented writer, which made for a fun read. I have to admit that I went into this book expecting a more intuitive organization or more concrete tips—I agree with another reviewer who said that this feels like a series of blog posts—but hey, they're well-written "blog posts" and this was a nice little journey that I'm glad I went on.

Great book!
This book was so easy to read and the practices that are described in it are easy to do and they really work! I have started implementing the advice and practical action steps and I am seeing my life renewed. I was surprised at how good this book was and I love the author’s writing style. It was so soothing and like a breath of fresh air.

Great Book
I read a few of Zoe's books and have to say they are all amazing! Very inspirational and true to its title. If you are looking for a short book but at the same time motivational and learning material this is where you will find it. Enjoy!

Proof read.
I want to like it. I really really do. I just can't get into the book. A big reason is the grammar errors and the chapter errors. There are 2 chapter 3s and 2 chapter 4s, one of each not listed in the table of contents. The chapter summery sometimes lists the next chapter instead of the current chapter, even for chapter 6, even though there is no listed chapter 7. I feel like the book was written in a workshop of "Accomplish anything in 30 days!"The topics are sporadic. There are some great pieces and advice, which is why I kept reading. But while I was excited for this as I am NOT a 5am person, I just don't see it helping me much in the mornings (though, I do love the HOP session ideas. No idea how it relates to morning routines, maybe it was just thrown in there from another work she was writing? Either way great piece of advice.)

Interesting, easy to read
An interesting, easy to read book that offers suggestions on how to get more out of each day. Regrettably the formatting of the Kindle edition is not good and appears to jump pages, perhaps leaving out parts of the text. However, this fault aside the author manages to get her message across.
