Love this little pot. .
I wanted to use this pot a few time's before writing a review. Hold's about 4-regular size coffee cups of water. Obviously compact, it store's easily in a pack, and I use it to hold a few thing's to compensate for space. The handle, as advertised, is wrapped with silicon. I haven't set the pot directly in a fire. I typically build a small tripod, and hang the pot. With that method, even with boiling water, grabbing the handle without glove's hasn't been an issue. However, it will discolor. This should be expected! The handle on the lid is the same material, and is big enough to remove with gloves if needed. The lid design stood out to me over anything else. It nestle's far enough into the pot to allow pouring without the lid coming off, making pouring easy to do. Just to see how far it will hold, I turned the pot just past vertical before the lid began to fall. This is a feature I have not seen on other pot's of similar design, even the far more expensive one's. Easy to clean. So, go ahead, buy it and brew yourself some cowboy coffee. Happy trails!

Expedition Research - A+
Great kettle - very lightweight, I can make noodles in it just like any pot, but can also pour water easily from it. For my uses the wider, more shallow shape boils water faster than my tall narrow pot (of course there are other variables). Time will tell how this holds up. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to use it more - it's just what I was looking for. As a side-note, Expedition Research is apparently a husband and wife duo, and from first-hand experience they personally answer emails and genuinely care that their customers are happy.

functional and oh so cute!
Been enjoying boiling water at work to make tea and coffee and this little kettle is perfect for one or two cups! So easy to fill and pour and I appreciate the silicone pot handle and the easy pour spout. Looking forward to using it outdoors this camping season!

Super lightweight, boils water fast
I've been using this for several months now. It's part of my car camping kitchen and I make cowboy coffee in it. The size is perfect for one person. Water comes to a boil very quickly on my butane camp stove. The insulated handle stays cool. With the handle folded down this tucks right into one of my cooking pans so it takes up no extra space in my camp stuff. Excellent value, I'm glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive versions that look basically the same as this one. In fact I like using it so much that I often use it at home to make coffee now too.

Camping Kettle
Want a great camping Kettle then this one is the one for you. It's light ,pours nice and the top stays on it when poring. The large opening lets you store items inside the kettle when hiking so there isn't any wasted space in the backpack.

Love this kettle
I'm really into this little kettle! We purchased it for a backpacking trip, which it will be perfect for. I do plan on using it at home too as I drink tea daily. The kettle is designed really well, pours smoothly and is extremely lightweight! I didn't have any trouble with the handle wobbling while pouring. A+ design. Thanks!

For car camping, ok. Definitely not great for backpacking.
Pros. Good quality and light weight (not recommended for backpacking) I rather get a regular titanium pot. Cons. Design does not make it easy to fit nothing inside when you go backpacking.
