It does stop congested nose. Non drowsy, I’ve been taking it for almost a week now. Size is small and easy to swallow. I don’t see any side effects so far. Not sure about the ingredients, I just know it works

I wanted just the single ingredient without all the extra meds in most formulas that I don't need. I use this to relieve pressure, whether it's a pressure headache feeling or a clogged up feeling ear, sinus, nasal tissue, etc. Works for me.

The best !!
I take x4 10 mg before my flight (20 minutes before ) ans take 3 more 30mg (before landing) no sneezing , no coughing, no watery eyes for my 7/8 hour flight . The sinus pressure is usually really bad when I fly (hits all at once) but this brand gave me the best flight I could ever ask for. I wear air pressure earbuds so the combo makes it a very comfortable flight if you have sensitive sinuses like I do from flying !!!
