TOMNEW Essential Oil Diffuser, Nebulizer Diffuser,Wood and Glass Aromatherapy Diffuser, 7 Color Changing LED Lights – No Heat, No Water, No Plastic

Bought this a few months ago. It works great as an oil diffuser. I like the LED effects too. As the instructions that came with it advise, I’ve been cleaning the glass that comes with it with alcohol before changing oil (or about once a week). Yesterday I broke that glass. After looking on Amazon to see if the seller (Tomnew) sells replacement glass only and having no luck with that, I contacted Tomnew via Amazon to ask about it. They responded quickly but only to tell me that they don’t offer a glass replacement, and offered no alternative companies that make compatible glass replacements. I’ve really enjoyed this diffuser, it really works well but obviously only if there’s a glass that fits it! If they think I’m going to just re-purchase the entire diffuser they are very wrong. I will try to find a replacement here on amazon and hope that it fits - if I find it I’ll update this review so anyone else who breaks theirs too (I think it may be more than a handful of us as the glass is thin) can also get a replacement.Update: after I submitted this review, TOMNEW contacted me and offered to replace the glass. They actually ended up sending me a whole new diffuser with glass! Updating from 2 stars to 4. I do still think they should sell the glass replacement only here (seems wasteful that I have two diffuser bases now but only one glass) but I’m very thankful to them for sending it.

I really put off writing this review for several reasons. I really really wanted to love this product but I just couldn't.First the aesthetics are spot on. It's really a great looking piece that adds to my decor. However the functionality of it, is a miss. The first diffuser did not work properly and I contacted the manufacturer and they were awesome and sent me out a replacement right away. But I just can't get used to the functionality, it doesn't seem to run longer than a few minutes and then shuts off and then depending on the day will restart for a few. I'm just not getting to enjoy my oils as much as I would like. I think I will have to revert back to my previous diffuser, which I'm super bummed about because of the sexiness of this glass model. Super let down.

Like many people, I put stuff together and plug it in without reading the directions 😆. This time I almost returned this because I thought it was broken, when in reality it was working perfectly. The gist of it, runs 4 timed cycles and turns itself off for safety- ingenious! I used my own essential oils and my 3 big open rooms smell wonderful after it cycles. Also, there hasn't been any residues nearby where it's plugged in which was exactly what I wanted!💯

Beautiful diffuser, exactly as advertised and perfectly packaged for shipping. But, no user manual was included. I never had a diffuser before, so I turned to Youtube for instructions. Found an Organic Aromas video for a very similar product. I have no other information for how to use this or on what to expect. No warrantee information given either.

I love my diffuser! It is exactly what I have been looking for. Customer service was more than accommodating in resolving an issue I had. I would highly reccommend this diffuser and company!

At first I was very disapointed because after about 10 minutes it turns off and does not turn on again.Well, the recent time I used it again it turned on after about 20 minutes.So I change the rating for three stars and give it another chance.

It works as described. I wished i could turn the light off. Otherwise everything is good.

Do not buy. This is awful. Does not distribute the scent at all. Completely useless.
