first thing i have to say is the customer service IS great. i broke mine, called and they sent me another at no cost which i received in a couple of days. these amplifiers are comfortable. they really reduce the background noise so i can hear my husband much clearer and also the tv. the only problem i have is the hold a charge for only 3 hours but i liked them so much i bought a second pair. i can leave one on charge while i wear the other. well worth it
