Terrible product. Does not work as advertised. Company gaslighting me, telling that’s how it works and won’t give me a refund.

Absolutely love this juicer. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's a little smaller than expected, and it took me a while to figure out how to operate it, but if you aren't juicing a whole lot this is the juicer for you. It took a little while to figure out when I was setting it up for the first time, but once you follow the manual and watch YouTube videos how to set it up, you'll get it in no time. I'm very picky when I'm buying things online and this is a very honest review. I would buy this again but the larger one. The quality of the juice is amazing and there isn't much juice left in the trash. The noise level is not high, and you can leave the juicer on while you do other things just make sure you add more fruits and veggies when it runs out. Something to note: it doesn't do well with celery the trash gets stuck and I have to clean it out, other than that everything else I've put in there was juiced nicely.

I only got to use this machine once before it just stopped working. I’ve used different outlets. My outlets work fine with anything else, so it’s the juicer. I paid so much for this product just for it to not work. It also got a bunch of pulp in the juice the first and only time it worked. I need a refund!

Our juicer didn't work! We are fairly intelligent people, however, we could not get the thing to work. The instructions are not great and there are signs all over it saying, "be sure to line up". Ever though we did line it up, the motor never turned on.

I love technology when it works. This machine was the worst machine I could’ve ever invested in. I’m physically challenged. I can’t walk and I cannot drive. It keeps sending me labels to return the item when the city that I would have to go to is over 40 miles away from my home and again I cannot drive to return the item. I want my refund and they’re refusing my refund until I get the item. It worked one time when I wanted to make watermelon juice which is good for my illness right now.

It doesn't work how can I send ot back for a replacement 😩.
