Well, I happen to like it. I didnt order it for anything to do with "dieting". I simply wanted an instant bone broth at a decent price point. I absolutely love Kroma premium chicken bone broth packets but it is quite a strain on my budget. I order it when I can, and fill in with other brands. This Country Farms broth tastes pretty good to me. Not as luscious of flavor as my Kroma, but it passes as far as providing that warming comfort that a mug of broth offers. I didnt have to add anything to it. Tastes just fine to me. I like the vegetable blend that is used in this. I found that I wasnt hungry. This broth helped to take edge off hunger and in fact I was able to go longer without eating. Not that that is what I am looking for. But I thought I would mention it. I will likely order this again. Solid 4 stars and worth the try. I like my Kroma better, but this is a real close second. Decided to go with 5 stars since I already ordered more while writing the review, lol.

This bone broth is just delicious! I truly love it! I drink a cup every day. It has the best flavor and smell. It is full of taste. I really like the ease of this instant chicken broth also. I just place a cup under my Keurig coffee pot and run 8 ounces of water into the cup and add the packet and stir until dissolved and sip on until gone. It keeps me feeling full for lunch until time to eat dinner. I like that it is low carb and use it on my keto diet. It is only 4 carbs and 10 grams of protein. The best broth I’ve ever had!

When I travel, I like to take instant broth to drink in my hotel room. I bought this one because I could get it delivered overnight. It's okay but I'm used to broth being salty and this is not. I think that's what led some other reviewers to say it was lacking flavor. Also, one of seven packets had a leak so I opened a box full of powder. 😑

I got this with the intent to help me curb my hunger during the day. I was skeptical because of the reviews but I went ahead and bought it anyway. I'm glad I did. So I will suggest that you use a very very hot water in order to not have any issues with it dissolving. I use these at work so we have the hot water filter available and it was enough to dissolve it. It didn't dissolve right away but I used a fork to stir it instead of a spoon and the grooves in the fork help break up any little pieces that were lingering. If you have a frother that you use for storing your creamer in your coffee, maybe use that to mix it in well. With that being said I also suggest sticking to the serving size. People that are saying it's bland are probably adding too much water. I used about 7 or 8 oz of water and it was more than enough to give me a decent tasting broth. I did add a little bit of pepper but truthfully if you have a forgiving palette then I think that you would opt out of having to season it. It kind of reminds me of the broth from 'cup of noodles' - minus the overload of sodium. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing but it does have some similarities and it's actually pretty good. I bought the chicken broth version and considering buying the beef broth. We'll see how it goes. As far as weight loss I just started so maybe I can come back and update in another month or so.

This is my story. Use HOT water. Taste good. I added black pepper. Sprinkled parsley to give it a nice presentation. The first 2 days I ate for lunch only and drink water all day. The rest of days I ate for lunch and had a healthy meal for dinner. No snacking, no fried foods, no bread and drink plenty of water and a cup of tea with no sugar. ( earl grey or yogi tea) It has been a month. I feel great! My weight has maintained the lbs I’ve loss in the 7 days of trying this. Seeing my results has motivated me to eat more healthy foods. I don’t have a big appetite anymore so now my routine is a protein bar for breakfast or lunch. I eat a healthy meal for dinner. I get my steps in everyday and I have my Apple Watch to thank for helping me walk throughout the day. Thanks for reading. Have a great day!

Deeply disappointing — could not get past the taste I purchased the Skinny Broth Bone Broth specifically to use during my liquid diet before surgery, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. I managed to get through only 2–3 servings before I realized there was absolutely no way I could keep drinking it. The flavor is extremely unpleasant — not just “not great,” but genuinely hard to stomach. Instead of tasting like a savory, comforting broth, it had a strange, artificial, almost sour undertone that hit immediately and only got worse with each sip. I really tried to make it work because I needed something warm and filling during this part of my diet, but every time I brought the cup up to my mouth, the smell and taste made me gag. I couldn’t finish a single full serving without feeling nauseated. I even tried diluting it with more water and heating it different ways, but nothing improved the experience. For a product marketed as bone broth — something usually rich, flavorful, and soothing — this missed the mark entirely. I do not recommend this at all, especially for anyone preparing for surgery who already has limited options. It ended up being a total waste of money for me, and I had to find alternatives just to get through my pre-op diet. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
