Product worked fine for 1 year, but then power light was on but no power was output on either plug. Called customer support and they said it was out of warranty and they will only exchange or refund within 90 days. I told them they state a 5 year warranty but they said they will apply some fees and then prorate the unit then I need to repurchase. If you can keep it working great, but if something happens you are on your own once your outside the amazon coverage window of 90 days.

So far so good, having this prodact for about 6 month, works grate with my evropean kitchen machin 💪

This converter was running beautifully until this morning when it just refused to turn on for my daily cup of coffee...Has anyone had any concerning the "5-year warranty"? I've only had this for a little over half a year.

This thing is a beast! It’s powering my Italian chocolate tempering machine and it has no problems with it whatsoever. It’s super quiet. I honestly don’t know it’s on but it is pretty heavy. I like that as well because I know it will last and it’s big enough I’m not gonna kick it with my foot. Yeah if you need to go from 240 to 110, I wouldn’t hesitate. I’d get another one if I needed it. I didn’t need an electrician to install a 220v outlet, must’ve saved me $500. No brainer. Get the beast
