RUGPADUSA Double Surface - 10'X13' - 1/4" Thick Felt + Rubber - Non-Slip Mat Pad - Adds Comfort And Protection - Safe For All Floors And Finishes 10' X 13' Grey

This Rugpadusa pad seems to be of good quality and is doing a decent job. However, the pad is about 7" narrower than my runner which I knew when I ordered, but I could not find one any larger than 2' for a 12' runner. For some reason once the pad is 10' or longer the width is only available in 2' instead of 2'6", which is the reson for giving it four stars instead of five. Because the pad was so much more narrow than the rug, the rug was still slipping a little, so to remedy the problem I needed to adjust the pad off center of the rug (see photo) so it had more grab towards the perimeter on one side which so far seems to be working. I have had the rug a little less than two weeks. It feels cushioning under the feet, which is nice, as I am using it in front of a bank of kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink. Purchased the 3/8" thickness. I would recommend.

I have purchased from the seller in the past and have been pleased with their products. In shopping for the felt and rubber pad I usually buy direct from the seller but saw the same item on Amazon for less so I purchased it through Amazon. The rug pad was delivered as and functions very well under my new carpet. The problem is the odor coming from the pad. I understand that the rubber has to give off some odor, but this was unbelievable. It was so bad that I could not use the room for days. I googled how to get rid of the odor and most of the recommendations said to air out the room, which is difficult in the winter time when the weather is in the 20° range, I ended up removing the carpet and dragging the pad out to my garage, spraying the rubber side with a mixture of vinegar and water and putting baking soda on top on the felt side and letting it air out for a while. This seemed to get rid of the odor, but it’s still lingering in the room where I had initially put the rug down. My advice to anyone purchasing this rug pad that when you get it, open it up and air it out first. hang it off a balcony put it in the garage. Just let it dissipate all the awful smell that comes off the pad and then it’ll work perfectly as the seller describes

Quality rug pad, great thickness and helps keep the rug in place. We have an 8x9’6 rug and this is the only pad I could find in similar size that’s a great price. It did end up a bit bigger than the rug we have, might just need the top rug to stretch. Color was grey as advisories, easy to use and roll out.

Rugpadusa rug pad works well with my rug. It is slip resistant, holds rug in place and the thickness feels great under your feet
