This is great for my sublimation printer. I’ve had my printer for two or three years now and this was the first time I had to change it. The price was great. I definitely recommend using it.

Updating to reflect replacement works. Much cheaper than OEM part.
My Sawgrass SG400 will not recognize this waste unit at all. I'm returning it and requested a replacement. If the replacement works, I'll update the review. Until then, I cannot recommend this product. I really hope the replacement works and I don't have to order a different brand and wait even longer to use the piece of equipment that is not just taking up desk space. Update: I received a replacement and it seems to work fine. I'm hoping this was jut a case of a single bad part initially received. I understand defects happen. I've updated the review to 4/5 due to the issue with the first one. I will likely order this same product next time the printer tells me it is close to replacement time.
