I'm on a GLP-1 and need quick protein bites and because of my LDL, I was advised to move away from beef. I tried another brand of sticks and really did not enjoy them. These, on the other hand, tasted terrific to me. They're super portable to take to work or drop in my bag. They were tender and not overly dry. I canceled my other subscription and switched to these after eating just 1. Very pleased. Give them a try. And yes they're for adults too!

Taste good but a tad bit salty

I bought these as a good on the go protein for me and my son. We love them! He will sometimes eat 2 at a time. Perfect. Looking forward to trying more flavors!
