Look forward to my morning cup
Waited on my review of this product been very happy with it. Highly recommend it. You just have to dial-in the grind settings.

Works flawlessly
I’ve had this machine for about a month now and it works flawlessly. I went through two others before landing this one. The first one the grinder stopped after two uses. The second one would not get enough pressure. Third time is the charm I guess. I should’ve bought this one to begin with!

Broken steam wand after 4.5 months
UPDATE: I’ve had it for 4.5 months and the steam wand stopped working. I drink a latte every day.. Inclean the wand after each use. I do not recommend this machine. I think I will pony up for a Breville if I get another one. Thankfully it’s under warranty and Amazon was able to take care of me with a refund. Super impressed by Amazon’s customer service. Alrighty! I’ve only owned it for a month but so far I love it! Makes amazing coffee. Strong steam wand. I hope it lasts a long time because I’m hooked.

Great espresso machine for the price
We have a Nespresso machine, but I also wanted a traditional espresso machine so I can customize my coffee choices. This works perfectly, and the price was reasonable. Especially for a machine that has its own hopper and grinder.

Inexpensive, fast, not hot
Inexpensive and fast! Good: The grinder is excellent! The system is fast and produces delicious espresso. Bad: Nothing is "hot". The system uses an electric pump to produce 15 barr pressure to water it has warmed up. If you want a hot espresso you can microwave the cup for 20 seconds after it comes out. The steam wand actually produces more of a sprayed mist that doesn't seem to do a great job of frothing. Using the hot water selection of the wand you can add that to your espresso to make an Americana that is ready to drink immediately, because it is not hot.

Keep looking.
Very confusing to get started. Steamer seems to take forever. It comes with "double wall" cups, but no clear directions on how to use them. I tried the double wall, and couldn't get any coffee to come out. I can't get the "puck" of used coffee to come out cleanly. The whole cup that holds the grinds comes out if I hit it on the edge of the garbage can. I end up scraping it out with a spoon. The thing that holds the ground coffee is VERY hard to get inserted. I can make espresso in it, and it is pretty good. I thought I had a good deal, but now, not sure. It's my first espresso machine, and I don't have any point of comparison.

It’s not broken, there’s just a learning curve and so worth it!
okay listen-I almost returned this sucker. I had a heck of a time getting it to brew. Like literally took me a week (maybe more 😅) I almost gave up and said screw this and prepared to set up a retune with Amazon. BUT there is absolutely a learning curve and I spent an obscene amount of time on ChatGPT figuring out how to get this to work. I should mention I’m a total noob to an espresso machine but am a coffee snob which is what led me to getting one in the first place. In the beginning it kept choking. So I’ll save you some time and tell you to just start with a corse grind and work your way from there. Grind size is EVERYTHING. I have my sweet spot and it works beautifully now. It has all the features I was looking for. Built in grinder was at the top of the list…well basically the only thing on the list 😆 but the steam wand was also a plus! The only “con” I have is that it doesn’t come out piping hot. I tend to like my coffee scalding so I’d take this very lightly as everyone is different. I just make my coffee with all my trimmings and then stick it under the steam wand for like 10-20 seconds and it’s piping hot how I like it! All in all a great buy for the price! Very happy with my purchase.
